Prison and Nursing Home Ministry

Believing we are to “go forth”, we have those in the City of Refuge family that minister regularly at a local Nursing Home and at Nottoway State Prison. We have a responsibility and a privilege given to us. We desire to reach those who cannot attend regular services.
